If you think math is hard, try web design.

Web upkeep and design
I’ve created and maintained websites on a variety of platforms, including WordPress, SquareSpace, Concrete5 and Joomla. I have a basic working knowledge of HTML and CSS, giving me the ability to make modifications to design templates as needed. (I am not a programmer). I’ve recently worked with Figma for two freelance projects as well. As a part of my website responsibilities for the US Army in Wiesbaden, I also worked on the integration and upkeep of a community app.
Philosophically, I believe the foundation for all public information is an organization’s website. All information should start on the website and be distributed from there. For example, events go on a website calendar and then get advertised in a variety of formats on other channels. In most circumstances, a consumer should be able to find information about anything from your website!
(To the right: Website designed for a local author in Alice Springs, Australia. She wanted a website that would bolster her credibility and lead to paid speaking engagements. I took all of the website photographs, designed the sight and trained her for ongoing upkeep).
